Tuesday’s Child was in Love.
Pleasurekraft might as well have been stocked as an IKEA product, the Swedish made, US based duo Kevah & Kella are known for their groovy, bass heavy, head bobbing, bathroom mating, circus dancing, inspiring & cerebral productions. Their tracks would even inspire Professor Xavier to get his lazy ass out of his chair and dance.
People who know me, know that I have a hard on for good Australian music. A true Kiwi I might be, but when you look at the lineup of Electronic Dance bands coming out of there, I would surprised if anyone music lover didn’t get a little chub. My first experience was attending a Sneaky Sound System set in Toronto, there may be still be lingering after effects as my insurance wouldn’t cover me to get my blown mind checked out.
Experience Miss Connie Mitchell’s soulful voice along with Black Angus’s comical timing in their new single We Love, the video is worth checking out for its cheeky Aussie humour. After you have done that, do yourself an even bigger favour and listen to Pleasurekraft’s take on this happy tune. Rhythmic timing and pounding bass accentuate Mitchell’s vocal samples, just make sure to stretch your neck before listening.
